Ms. Leticia V. Uy
Ms. Leticia V. Uy, the Chairman of the Board has a Master of Science degree in Education, Major in Guidance and Counseling and presently a Ph.D. candidate Major in Clinical Counseling at the De La Salle University. Miss Uy is a registered sign language interpreter. She is a licensed and registered guidance counselor in the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) roster of professionals. She is a member of the Autism Society of the Philippines and an active member of Mandaluyong Association of Private School Administrators (MAPSA) and the Council for Exceptional Children based in Virginia, U.S.A. Member Association for Childhood Educational International Philippines.
Mr. Alfredo S. Celada, Jr.
Mr. Alfredo D. Celada, Jr., PAIDE's Chief Executive Officer has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and completed his academic units in Master of Arts degree in Education with Specialization in School Administration and Supervision at Adamson University. Mr. Celada is a registered sign language interpreter of the Philippine Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (PRID); Philippine Association of Interpreters for Deaf Empowerment (PAIDE) and the President of Philippine National Association of Sign Language Interpreters (PNASLI).He is also an Associate Member of Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID), USA. He has given seminars and workshops on required interpreting skills and interpretersí code of ethics and other related topics here and abroad.
Mr. Ricardo B. De los Santos
Mr. Ricardo B. De los Santos, the registry's Sign Language Training Consultant has a Master of Arts degree in Education Major in Guidance and Counseling at the University of Manila. He was the former school principal of the Southeast Asian Institute for the Deaf (SAID) and at present, the principal of Civil Aeronautics Administration (CAA) National High School. He is also the President of Las Pinas Elementary and Secondary School Principals Association (LPESSPA) and the Commandant of USAR-Unified Search and Rescue Academy.
Fr. Francisco B. Hubilla, OSB
Fr. Francis B. Hubilla, OSB, the Registry's Human Resource Development (HRD) Consultant, is an HRD practitioner, who has worked as an HRD officer and consultant, for local academic institutions and corporations. He has given lectures, seminars and workshops on HR related topics to all levels of the corporate ladder, from the staff to the senior officers. He has a Master's degree in Education major in Guidance and Counseling and Ph.D. units in Counseling Psychology major in Clinical Counseling from the De La Salle University in Manila. He had his HR education and training from the DLSU-College of St. Benilde in Manila and the University of the Philippines (UP-SOLAIR) in Quezon City. He is a licensed and registered guidance counselor (LGC/RGC) in the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) roster of professionals. He used to be the Human Resource Development Officer of San Beda College and the Academic Dean of the San Beda College of Arts and Sciences.
Dr. Catherine H. Tuazon
Dr. Catherine H. Tuazon has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and is a graduate of Doctor of Medicine (M.D.). She is also one of PAIDE's registered sign language interpreters. She is currently in Canada working in a sleep clinic.
